CHAP. 157.— An Act to increase the pension of William Boone.April 25, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Boone.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and required to place the name of William Boone, of Andrews, Huntington County, Indiana, late a private in Company F, of the Eighty-eighth Regiment Indiana Volunteers, at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the rate of pension he now receives.

[Note by the Department of State.—The foregoing act having been presented to the President of the United States for his approval and not having been returned by him to the house of Congress m which it originated within the time prescribed by the Constitution of the United States, has become a law without his approval.]
