CHAP. 154.— An Act for the relief of Barton P. Spencer.February 12, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Barton P. Spencer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Barton P. Spencer, late of Company G, First California Infantry Volunteers. Approved, February 12, 1891.
