CHAP. 153.— An Act granting increase of pension to Nancy SmithApril 23, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Nancy Smith.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy Smith, daughter of Charles Fuller, ate major of the Fourth United States Infantry, and pay her at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month. Approved, April 23, 1890.
