CHAP. 149.— An Act granting a pension to Bazel Lemley.February 12, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Bazel Lemley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll of the United States the name of Bazel Lemley, late a member of Company I, Eighth Pennsylvania Reserve Corps, transferred to Company H, One hundred and ninety-first Pennsylvania Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, February 12, 1891.
