CHAP. 147.— An Act granting a pension to John Pickard.February 12, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Pickard.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Pickard, late drum-major in the Tenth Regiment of Indiana Volunteers, and late of the Forty-fourth Regiment of Indiana Volunteers Approved, February 12, 1891.
