CHAP. 144.— An Act granting a pension to Aphia M. Brown.February 12, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Aphia M. Brown.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Aphia M. Brown, mother of James F. Brown, late a private in Company D, Ninth New Hampshire volunteers. Approved, February 12, 1891.
