CHAP. 144.— An Act to pension Henry S. Morgan.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry S. Morgan.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Henry S. Morgan, of Atlanta, Columbia County, Arkansas, who served in Captain Davis Lane’s company, from the State of Georgia, Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and pay him the same pension as is allowed by law for service in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve Approved, April 21, 1890.
