CHAP. 142.— An Act to pension John D. Prator for service in the Indian war.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John D. Prator.Pension. That the Secretary oi the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of John D. Prator, of Magnolia, FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. I. Chs. 142-3, 149, 144-6. 1890.1135 Arkansas, who served in Captain Allen’s company from the State of Georgia, Indian war, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and pay him the same pension as is allowed by law for service in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve. Approved, April 21, 1890.
