Pitner.Peusion. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of George W. Pitner, late of Company E, Seventy-seventh Regiment of Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Approved, February 12, 1891.
