CHAP. 140.— An Act granting an increase of pension to George Colwell.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,George Colwell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized, and he is hereby directed, to increase the pension of George Colwell, late a private of Company I. Eighty-third Regiment Indiana Volunteers, and grant him a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, April 21, 1890.
