CHAP. 139.— An Act granting a pension to Jeremiah M. Sidwell.February 12, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jeremiah M. Sidwell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jeremiah M. Sidwell, of Spring Arbor, Michigan, late a private in the Indiana Home Guards, said Sidwell having been wounded at the battle of Panther Creek, Kentucky, while serving in the Army of the United States.
