CHAP. 139.— An Act to pension Hiram Wilbur.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hiram Wilbur.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Hiram Wilbur, late a sergeant of Troop H. Second United States Dragoons, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, April 21, 1890.
