CHAP. 138.— An Act granting a pension to Caroline Hayes.February 12, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Caroline Hayes.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Caroline Hayes, daughter of Nathaniel Hayes, deceased, late of Second Company of Sharpshooters of the Twenty-second Regiment Massachusetts Volunteers, a pension of eighteen dollars per month, through her legally constituted guardian. Approved, February 12, 1891.
