CHAP. 138.— An Act to pension Julia Fleming.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Julia Fleming.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Julia Fleming, widow of James Fleming, late a private in Company D, Second United States Artillery, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, April 21, 1890.
