CHAP. 134.— An Act for the relief of George Gunnell.February 11, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,George Gunnell.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to so correct the records of the service of George Gunnell, late of Company M. Seventh Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, as to remove the charge of desertion, and thereupon to issue to said George Gunnell a certificate of honorable discharge as of the date of December fifteen, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. Approved, February 11, 1891.
