CHAP. 134.— An Act to increase the pension of Mrs. Emma A. Hart.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emma A. Hart.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Mrs. Emma A. Hart, of the city of Decatur, Adams County, Indiana, widow of Henry H. Hart, deceased, late second lieutenant of Company K, Eighty-ninth Indiana Volunteers, to the sum of fifty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, April 21, 1890.
