CHAP. 133.— An Act to remove the charge of desertion from the record of Michael Meskell.February 11, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Michael Meskell.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of the Navy he, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to cause the records of the Navy Department to be so amended as to remove the charge of desertion from the service record of Michael Meskell, late a seaman on the United States ship Pocahontas, and to grant an honorable discharge to the said Michael Meskell as of the date of July thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, February 11, 1891.
