CHAP. 132.— An Act for the relief of James H. Smith, late postmaster at Memphis, Tennessee.February 11, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James H. Smith.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and hereby is, directed to pay out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to James H. Smith, late postmaster at Memphis. Tennessee, the sum of four hundred and seven dollars and eighty-two cents, in full satisfaction for money expended by him for lights necessary to, and used in, the post-office. Approved, February 11, 1891.
