CHAP. 1319.— An Act to grant a pension to Ann Roberts.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the. Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ann Roberts.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll the name of Ann Roberts, formerly Ann Burnett, widow of James W. Burnett, who was a captain in Company G, in the Thirtieth Regiment of Illinois Infantry Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, October 1, 1890.
