CHAP. 1318.— An Act to increase the pension of Noah Bisbee, formerly private Company K, Eighty-ninth Regiment New York Volunteers.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Noah Bisbee.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and instructed to place upon the pension-rolls of the United States the name of Noah Bisbee, formerly a private in Company K, Eighty-ninth Regiment New York Volunteers, at the rate of forty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension of thirty dollars per month which he is now receiving. Approved, October 1, 1890.
