CHAP. 1317.— An Act to increase the pension of Mary Y. Dewees.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Y. Dewees.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Mary Y. Dewees, widow of Thomas B. Dewees, late major Ninth United States Cavalry, the sum of forty dollars per month, in lieu of the amount she is now receiving. Approved, October 1, 1890.
