CHAP. 1312.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Joseph M. Wilson.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph M. Wilson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph M. Wilson, late a private in Company B, Two hundred and eleventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars a month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, October 1, 1890.
