CHAP. 1311.— An Act granting an increase of pension to E. T. Hanlon.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,E. T. Hanlon.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of E. T. Hanlon, late of Company E, Fifty-second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension of fifty dollars a month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving Approved, October 1, 1890.
