CHAP. 1306.— An Act granting a pension to Isaac N. Jacobs.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isaac N. Jacobs.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll the name of Isaac N. Jacobs, father of John W. Jacobs, of Company D, Thirteenth Iowa Infantry Volunteers, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, subject to the limitations of the pension laws. Approved, October 1, 1890.
