CHAP. 1305.— An Act granting a pension to Asa Joiner.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Asa Joiner.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Asa Joiner, of Mitchell County, Georgia, ate a private in Captain Ball’s company, Georgia Volunteers, also ate a private in Captain Horn’s company, Georgia Volunteers, in the indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, October 1, 1890.
