CHAP. 1304.— An Act granting a pension to Samuel S. HumphreysOctober 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel S. Humphreys.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel S. Humphreys, of Mitchell County, 1320FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. I.
