CHAP. 130.— An Act granting a pension to William R. Scurlock.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William R. Scurlock.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension law, the name of William R. Scurlock, a soldier in the Florida Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month from the passage of this act. Approved, April 21, 1890.
