CHAP. 13.— An Act for the relief of James S Smith.December 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James S. Smith.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James S. Smith, late of Company I, Eighth Michigan Cavalry, and that he be granted an increase of twenty dollars per mouth, in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, December 15, 1890.
