CHAP. 1298.— An Act granting a pension to Thelbert H. Head.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thelbert H. Head.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he hereby is, empowered and directed to place Thelbert H. Head, late of Company K, Second Iowa Cavalry, on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and conditions of the general pension laws. Approved, October 1, 1890.
