CHAP. 1296.— An Act granting a pension to Hannah E. WinneyOctober 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hannah E. Winney.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to place upon the invalid pension-roll, at eight dollars a month, the name of Hannah E. Winney, widow of James P. Winney, of the United States Marine Corps, war with Mexico. Approved, October 1, 1890.
