CHAP. 1294.— An Act granting a pension to Eben Muse.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eben Muse.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions of the act of June*Ante*, p. 182. twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety, the name of Eben Muse, late a private in Company E, Ninth Regiment of Pennsylvania Reserve of United States Volunteers. Approved, October 1, 1890.
