CHAP. 1292.— An Act granting a pension to Catlena Lyman.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Catlena Lyman.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Catlena Lyman, widow of William C. Lyman, late surgeon United States Navy, at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now allowed her. Approved, October 1, 1890.
