CHAP. 1286.— An Act granting a pension to John C. Morrison.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John C. Morrison.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John C Morrison, of Albia, Iowa, late assist-ant surgeon of the Thirteenth Iowa Infantry Volunteer Approved, October 1, 1890.
