CHAP. 1285.— An Act granting a pension to Sarah E. Palmer.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarah E. Palmer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and instructed to place the name of Sarah E Palmer, an army nurse, of Dover, Maine, upon the pension-roll, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, October 1, 1890.
