CHAP. 1284.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Michael McGarvey.October 1, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the. United States of America in Congress assembled*,Michael McGarvey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Michael McGarvey, late of Company K of the First Regiment Missouri Light Artillery, and now blind in both eyes, and pay him a pension at forty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now allowed him under certificate numbered one hundred and ninety-five thousand six hundred and seven.
