CHAP. 128.— An Act granting a pension to Henrietta L. Arlin.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henrietta L. Arlin.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Henrietta L. Arlin, widow of Captain William H. Arlin, late of Company K, Second New York Veteran Cavalry volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, April 21, 1890.
