CHAP. 124.— An Act granting a pension to Carrie B. Wirtz.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Carrie B. Wirts.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed'to place on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Carrie B. Wirtz, widow of Horace B. Wirtz, late surgeon United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of the pension now received by her under certificate one hundred and eighty-seven thousand and sixty-four. Approved, April 21, 1890.
