CHAP. 1236.— An Act for the relief of William Elmendorf.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United. States of America in Congress assembled*,William Elmendorf.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of William Elmendorf, of Rapid City, FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. I. Chs. 1236-1238, 1279. 1890.1313 South Dakota, late a private in Company D, Twenty-ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and that he be granted a pension of twenty-four dollars per month, instead of fourteen dollars per month, his present rating. Approved, September 30, 1890.
