CHAP. 1233.— An Act to increase the pension of James Johnston.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United. States of America in Congress assembled*,James Johnston.Pension increased. That from and after the passage of this act the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of James Johnston, late first sergeant of Company C, Fifteenth Maine Volunteers, at the rate af thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the present pension which he now receives. Approved, September 30, 1890.
