CHAP. 1230.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Maria. L. Caraher.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Maria L. Caraher.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Maria L Caraher. widow of Andrew P. Caraher, late a colonel in the United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, September 30, 1890.
