CHAP. 123.— An Act granting a pension to Delia W. Marshall.April 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Delia W. Marshall.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Delia W. Marshall, widow of George A. Marshall, late a private in Company F. Second Regiment Vermont Volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, April 21, 1890.
