CHAP. 1229.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Garden L. Wight.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Gurden L. Wight.Pension increased.. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, at the rate of forty-five dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Garden L.
Wight, late private Company K. Twenty-fourth Michigan Infantry Volunteers, this act to take effect from its passage, and the pension hereby granted to be in lieu of that which he is now receiving. Approved, September 30, 1890.
