CHAP. 1226.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Albert P. Davis.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Albert P. Davis.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Albert P. Davis, late a private in Company K. Ninth Regiment of New Hampshire Volunteers, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he now receives. Approved, September 30, 1890.
