CHAP. 1225.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Margaret Flaherty.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Margaret Flaherty.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Margaret Flaherty, mother of Bartlett Flaherty, late a private in Company F, Thirty-first Maine Volunteers, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, in lieu of the pension she now receives Approved, September 30, 1890.
