CHAP. 1223.— An Act granting an increase of pension to William W. Bliss.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William W. Bliss.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of William W. Bliss, late a first lieu-tenant of Company G, Forty-ninth Illinois Volunteers, at the rate of forty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, September 30, 1890.
