CHAP. 1222.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Mark F. Carter.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the. United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mark F. Carter.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Mark F. Carter, late a member of Company E. Second Regiment of Iowa Volunteer Infantry, a pension at the rate of fifty dollars a mouth, in lieu of that which he now receives, to take effect from and after the passage of this act. Approved, September 30, 1890.
