CHAP. 1217.— An Act granting a pension to Henry W. Haley.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,Henry W. Haley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry w. Haley, who was employed as a scout during the war of the rebellion. Approved, September 30, 1890.
