CHAP. 1214.— An Act granting a pension to Morris Leavy.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Morris Leavy.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place- on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Morris Leavy, late sergeant in Company, Eighteenth New York Cavalry, at the rate of one hundred dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he now receives. Approved, September 30, 1890.
