CHAP. 1213.— An Act granting a pension to Margaret D. Marchand.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Margaret D. Marchand.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place, on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret D. Marchand, widow of Commodore J. B. Marchand, late of the United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month from the date of the passage of this act. Approved, September 30, 1890.
