CHAP. 1212.— An Act granting a pension to J. Seaton Kelso.September 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. Seaton Kelso.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized arid directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the'provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of J. Seaton Kelso, late assistant surgeon Second Wisconsin Cavalry. Approved, September 30, 1890.
